Submitting the JPK_KR_PD (referred to as JPK_CIT) electronically to the Ministry of Finance will be mandatory for the largest CIT taxpayers, whose revenue exceeds €50 million. At the beginning of 2026, they will be required to submit a file with data for 2025. The same obligation will apply to all CIT taxpayers a year later.

Our solution enables the generation of JPK_CIT as an XML file directly from SAP. This ensures the correctness of the structure and its compliance with regulations, and the entire file generation process can be automated. Before implementing JPK_CIT in SAP, we offer various solutions for making corrections to CIT and transitioning from balance sheet result to tax result. Correction data can be included in the system, ensuring that SAP data is available to accountants. Our solution is compatible with both SAP ECC and S/4HANA.
