A proven solution for KSeF in SAP

Sending structured invoices to the KSeF will be mandatory from February 1, 2026, for businesses whose sales exceeded PLN 200 million in 2025. Other businesses will be required to comply with this obligation from April 1, 2026.

Our solution enables sending invoices and corrections to the KSeF from SAP – in both SAP ECC and S/4HANA versions. Before sending, each invoice can be reviewed, verified, and edited. In the next step, an authorized user can send selected invoices or invoice batches to the KSeF gateway. The shipment status of each invoice is displayed next to it. After confirming receipt of invoices in the KSeF, Official Document Receipt Certificates and e-invoice reference numbers assigned by the Ministry appear in the system.
